All of our payments are handled via PayPal’s 100% secure checkout. While full checkout intergration into the website is planned, at the moment customers will autmatically be directed to PayPal’s own page for inputting payment details. Once this process is complete, customers will be automatically re-directed to the Dark Bunny Tees website for final order review and completion. Dark Bunny Tees DOES NOT see any credit or debit card details.
You do not require a PayPal account in order to shop with Dark Bunny Tees. Customers can checkout of PayPal as a ‘guest’ without having to use or set up an account. However, the option to set up an account for future PayPal purchases is there if customers would like to do so. We accept all major credit and debit cards via the PayPal checkout system.
We can accept cheques if this is your preferred method of paymet. Cheques must be made payable to DARK BUNNY TEES LIMITED and sent to Dark Bunny Tees. Basil’s Barn c/o The Post Office. 62 Holt Road. North Elmham. Norfolk. NR20 5JQ. Please ensure that you included details of the required design, product, size and delivery details. Please note that when paying by cheque, we have to ensure cleared funds before despatching any order, so this will mean a longer despatch time.

We send all International orders via the Royal Mail’s ‘Track and Sign’ service. A tracking number will be sent to customers within the PayPal despatch notification. This can be used on the Royal Mail’s official website. If customers need to check or have lost their tracking number they can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Please note that we can only accept returns within 30 days of purchase and exchanges or refunds will be at the discretion of Dark Bunny Tees. Any items that have been worn, stained with make-up, deodorant, smoke etc. or items that appear to have been washed incorrectly or damaged through wear may not be accepted and we will return these to the customer. If a fault has occured through fair wear and tear we will provide an exchange or refund – However, Dark Bunny Tees will need to inspect an item to determine this.
If a faulty item is returned and is deemed faulty prior to sending or a fault has occurred through fair wear and tear, Dark Bunny Tees will reimburse any postal costs once proof of postage costs have been provided.
Of course we fully expect customers to open and try their purchases on, however it is important that this is done carefully and whilst not wearing products such as make-up and deodorant etc. that may prevent an item being accepted by Dark Bunny Tees.
Due to the limited edition nature of our t-shirts, please be aware that in some cases and with some designs we may be unable to exchange some returns. This may be be due to the design being sold out completely in a particular size. In case like this a customer will be contacted to see if an alternative design or a refund would be preferable.
In some case we may be out of stock of a certain size as a design may be awaiting a restock. This may result in a delay in exchanging your item. We apologise for this and we will aim to exchange items as quickly as possible.
