POSTAGE OPTIONS

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday should be processed the same day*.

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders will not be processed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays so please bear this in mind when ordering.

*Please Note: During busy periods (Such as Christmas) despatch may be between 1-5 working days so please allow for this.

Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. Please note that we always recommend a recorded service.

 

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED - £4.50 (flat rate)
Upon despatch a tracking number will be emailed to customers with your order despatch notification. This can be used on the Royal Mail’s official website.

 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY – £8.00

We offer FREE shipping withing the UK for orders over £100.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY – £8.00
We send all International orders via the Royal Mail’s ‘Track and Sign’ service. A tracking number will be sent to you within the PayPal despatch notification. This can be used on the Royal Mail’s official website. If you need to check or lose your tracking number please email us at customersupport@darkbunnytees.com

 

RETURNS

If you need to return an item, you do not need to contact us. Simply complete the returns form included with your order and send everything back to us using the address below;

Please note that we can only accept returns within 30 days of purchase and exchanges or refunds will be at the discretion of Dark Bunny Tees.Any items that have been worn, stained with make-up, deodorant, smoke etc. or items that have been washed incorrectly or damaged through wear will not be accepted and we will return these to the customer.

Of course we fully expect customers to open and try their purchases on, however it is important that this is done carefully and whilst not wearing products such as make-up and deodorant etc. that may prevent an item being accepted by Dark Bunny Tees.

Due to the limited edition nature of our t-shirts, please be aware that in some cases and with some designs we may be unable to exchange some returns. This may be be due to the design being sold out completely in a particular size. In case like this a customer will be contacted to see if an alternative design or a refund would be preferable.

In some case we may be out of stock of a certain size as a design may be awaiting a restock. This may result in a delay in exchanging your item. We apologise for this and we will aim to exchange items as quickly as possible.
